About the Music Lessons
The private music lessons are for all ages and all styles of music. The lessons focus on all the fundamental aspects of music — including reading music, instrument technique, theory, rhythm, and ear training. The lessons are always tailored to the individual needs and passions of the student. Beginners can find all the structure they need to build a strong foundation from the very first note they play. More advanced students can find the freedom to pursue a course of study aligned with whatever their musical passions might be. In my opinion the experience of studying music should be a fun and rewarding one and this is exactly what I strive to offer my students.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer lessons for adults?
Yes! I offer lessons for all ages and abilities.
I don't have a sax, guitar, etc. Do you have something I can use?
You will need your own instrument for lessons. It is vital to be able to practice on your own between lessons. I am happy to help guide you in renting or purchasing an appropriate instrument.
How long will it take to learn 'X' instrument?
To really learn an instrument is a never-ending pursuit. But to be able to learn a few notes and create something resembling a song should happen fairly quickly. Ultimately though, it will take some practice and a whole lot of patience.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card
